Началось с того, что еще до начала экскурсий, у гостиницы сопровождающий гид-пенсионер Алексей начал собирать вперед деньги за все дополнительные входы из программы, вроде как ему так удобнее будет платить. Хотя в моем случае из-за разумной критики - гид не вернул деньги в конце поездки, сказав, что надо было идти на все места. а в какие-то места он уже заплатил, хотя меня там не было! Никогда не платите деньги гидам вперед! Кроме того, что гид присвоил себе деньги, он был очень плохо знаком с программой, не мог ответить на вопросы сколько будет длиться экскурсия на сегодняшний день, редко озвучивал какое время отводится на данное экскурсионное место, почти каждый день откладывал начало экскурсионного дня на полчаса, уменьшая время на осмотры, он не считал и не записывал сколько людей прошло в музей или место, где оплачены билеты, поэтому как минимум раз заплатил за "воздух" и не заметил что турист отсутствует, потом, конечно, эта трата ложилась на туриста!
